Coaching is great for anyone who feels a bit lost, wants to find more direction, who has a sense of some dissatisfaction about an area of their life.
Coaching is practical, skill-based, and about really helping you identify what is currently missing or lacking, what you want instead, and then making a plan and bringing in appropriate strategies to help you get there.
It's also a way to create a space of accountability (someone you check in with about progress and change) and having a sounding board while you take shakey steps into the new.
How is Life Coaching different from counselling?
Life coaching is aimed at those who have practical goals. Counselling or therapy are for deeper emotional issues.
But we don't all need that kind of help. Sometimes we just need support to make changes in your life that will allow you to create a life that feels better to you.
