My name is Chantal Jackson and I am a counsellor, life coach, Somatic Experiencing trauma therapist, relaxation massaseuse and Somatic Experiening bodyworker.
My purpose it to help you create the life that is most meaningful to you. Sometimes this requires healing old hurts and traumas, at other times it means help to relax, sometimes you may need help to find a new direction and make changes.
And all sessions are About You! This means that I aim to understand who you are and what you need most and tailor my approach to suit your individual needs, hopes, and dreams.
